February is a planking good time to do a challenge…coz it’s the shortest month of the year
I know, I hear you – planking sucks…so I’m making it fun! I’ve curated a 29 day playlist of planking groovy tunes to help keep you engaged (see what I did there?)

I’ll email you a link to the Spotify playlist with the first 7 songs, tomorrow so jump on in!
We’ll start so easy, you won’t even know you’re doing it (fingers crossed)
Try to hold your plank for the duration of the song.
Your choice, on forearms or hands, knees lifted or lowered.
Every week, the next 7 songs will be added, gradually increasing the time, and hey, if you need to bring it back at any stage, that’s awesome self-awareness and you do you.
Aim to do this challenge consistently for 29 days.
Day 29 brings you a sweet reward!
