What’s different about my studio, is that it’s really YOUR studio. My objective is not to bring you into the world of Yoga. It’s to find a version of Yoga that fits your life. Your body, on your terms.

Ancestral principles, modern-day applications

Our Sydney modern rhythm is different to the lives we lived hundreds of years ago. We use different methods in schools to prepare our children for a different life, we eat differently, move differently on different cycles, and our mental load is under constant pressure.

Our bodies are all different and so too are our needs. Regardless of your flexibility or familiarity with yoga, movement and mindfulness will help you live a more balanced life, overcome injuries, and feel good about yourself.

Consultation

I get to know each client's goals, movement ability and injury history and design classes to suit. Join me for a free 1-on-1 consultation to get started.

Open

Classes where newcomers connect with the wider community. 8 person class max.

Semi-Private

Friendship or sports groups who get together weekly to connect, motivate and have a laugh.

Private

Individual classes best suited for long term injuries, recovery or just a private space to explore your functional movement.

Live Streaming

Join Meg’s loyal online following with her weekly streamed classes, whether it’s your preferred class that week or another one to tie you over.

Restorative

Highly popular classes where you get maximum benefit with minimum effort. Designed to soothe the nervous system. Think lots of props and soft lighting!

My invitation to you

My superpower is to listen and use my wealth of creative ideas and knowledge to design a practice to meet you where you’re at. My smaller groups ensure there is room for dialogue and adjustment. The Yoga Deck Studio is a non-judgemental environment where we also enjoy the odd belly laugh 😉

I’m a multi-certified Yogi and mother of 2 teenage boys, with 15 years of teaching, sharing, and listening under my belt. I translate foundational principles into applicable practices. We don’t live at the foothills of the Himalayas in the 1800s and my Yoga is adapted to the lives we lead today.
